This product is a fully personalized custom-made footwear solution and is available by in-store clinical assessment and fitting only. Online purchase is not available.

Fully Custom-Made Construction
Each pair is individually designed and fabricated based entirely on the patient’s unique foot morphology. The process begins with either a plaster negative cast or a high-resolution 3D scan to accurately capture anatomical contours and deformity characteristics.

Custom Last Development
A dedicated shoe last is engineered from the patient’s model, ensuring precise anatomical conformity. This allows full accommodation of structural variations such as deformities, asymmetries, or high-risk pressure areas.

Complete Foot Containment & Toe Box Accommodation
The shoe is built to fully envelop the patient’s foot shape, eliminating unwanted pressure points. The toe box is designed with adequate volume and depth to accommodate forefoot deformities, swelling, or sensitive tissue conditions.

Material: Premium Full-Grain Cowhide Leather
Constructed using high-quality full-grain cowhide leather, providing durability, structural support, and long-term shape retention. Multiple color options are available to meet both functional and aesthetic preferences.

Closure System Options
Closure design is tailored to patient needs and functional ability, including:

  • Hook-and-loop (Velcro) for ease of use
  • Traditional lacing for adjustable fit
  • Zipper-assisted entry for convenience

Midsole Customization (Optional Carbon Fiber Integration)
A carbon fiber plate can be incorporated into the midsole when clinically indicated, enhancing rigidity, improving energy transfer, and offloading specific regions of the foot.

Rocker Sole Design (Optional)
Custom rocker profiles can be integrated based on gait analysis and pathology, facilitating smoother rollover, reducing plantar pressure, and improving gait efficiency.

Height & Structural Configuration
Shoe collar height (low, mid, or high) is prescribed according to biomechanical requirements and clinical presentation to optimize support and control.

Functional Benefits

  • Fully accommodates individual foot morphology
  • Reduces localized pressure and risk of skin breakdown
  • Enhances gait efficiency through customized sole design
  • Improves stability and functional alignment
  • Supports complex or high-risk foot conditions
  • Adaptable to a wide range of clinical needs
