Product Overview

This black high-top custom footwear design features a structured upper, contrasting mesh panels, three hook-and-loop fastening straps, and a thick ivory-coloured sole. The combination of black and light-coloured components creates a clean, contemporary appearance.

The footwear is individually designed and fabricated according to the patient's foot morphology, clinical presentation, and biomechanical requirements.

This product is a fully personalized custom-made footwear solution and is available by in-store clinical assessment and fitting only. Online purchase is not available.

Fully Custom-Made Construction

Each pair is individually designed and fabricated based entirely on the patient's unique foot morphology. The process begins with either a plaster negative cast or a high-resolution 3D scan to accurately capture anatomical contours and deformity characteristics.

Custom Last Development

A dedicated shoe last is engineered from the patient's model, ensuring precise anatomical conformity. This allows accommodation of structural variations such as deformities, asymmetries, or high-risk pressure areas.

Complete Foot Containment & Toe Box Accommodation

The shoe is designed to accommodate the patient's individual foot shape and provide appropriate space around sensitive areas. Toe box volume, depth, and overall containment are customized according to forefoot deformities, swelling, anatomical variations, or other clinical considerations.

Material: Premium Full-Grain Cowhide Leather

Premium full-grain cowhide leather is used for the leather components of the footwear. Material placement and contrasting panels vary by design. The final material configuration is confirmed according to the selected style and individual fabrication requirements.

Closure System Options

Closure design is tailored to patient needs and functional ability, including:

  • Hook-and-loop fastening for convenient adjustment

  • Traditional lacing for adjustable fit, when applicable

  • Zipper-assisted entry, when clinically appropriate and available for the selected design

Midsole Customization (Optional Carbon Fiber Integration)

A carbon fiber plate can be incorporated into the midsole when clinically indicated, enhancing rigidity, modifying bending characteristics, and helping offload selected regions of the foot as determined by the prescribed design.

Rocker Sole Design (Optional)

Custom rocker profiles can be integrated based on gait analysis and clinical presentation. Depending on the design, a rocker sole may facilitate rollover and modify plantar loading during walking.

Height & Structural Configuration

Shoe collar height (low, mid, or high) and overall structural configuration are prescribed according to biomechanical requirements and clinical presentation. The final design is determined through individual clinical assessment and fitting.

Functional Benefits

  • Accommodates individual foot morphology

  • Allows targeted management of localized pressure

  • Supports customized sole design and gait-related requirements

  • Allows individualized stability and structural control

  • Can be configured for complex or high-risk foot conditions

  • Adaptable to a range of patient-specific clinical needs

Note

Each pair is custom-fabricated following clinical assessment. Product images are for reference only; final design, structure, materials, and specifications are determined by patient-specific requirements.
